Server 17 reboot

We will have to reboot server 17 due to some emergency maintenance, due to that websites on server 17 will be unavailable for a maximum of 5 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the reboot.

Maintenance on server #8, #9, #10, #11 and #12

Today we will be updating all software on server #8, #9, #10, #11 and #12. The maintenance will not take longer than 30 minutes on each server and there should be no downtime at all.

Attack on our network

Due to a DDoS attack on a part of our network, servers 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 were unavailable for 5 minutes. The problem was quickly onder control by the datacenter staff.

Main Versio website will move to new server Sunday 10 January

Our main website ( http://versio.nl/ ) will move to a new server on Sunday the 10th of January in preparation for some major updates.

We will start the move from 19.00. This means that from 19.00 it isn’t possible to place new orders or to log in to the customer panel on our website. It’ll be possible to place new orders and to log in to the customer panel on the early morning of Monday the 11th of January.

Power outage

Because of a power outage in the datacenter, server 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 have been offline for 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outage. We will of course work hard to prevent similar problems.

Information received from datacenter (in Dutch):

Gebleken is dat er om 08:14u een Midden-Spanningskabel van de NUON is beschadigd/gebroken. Doordat deze kabel vlakbij de kabels ligt die het stroomnetwerk van ondermeer ons pand voeden, is er een dip ontstaan van 1,8 seconden.

Het is nog onduidelijk waarom onze UPS-systemen deze dip niet goed hebben opgevangen. Onze leverancier is bezig met het onderzoeken van de situatie.

Updates on all servers

We are currently updating all software on all our servers to their latestst versions. It is possible your website is slower than usual for a couple of minutes, there will be no downtime at all.
