We are rebooting server 5 after some urgent maintenance work, this is the reason for the server being offline for 5 minutes.

We have just rebooted server 4 en 7 after some urgent maintenance. Because of this both servers were unavailable for 5 minutes.

Websites on server 4 are currently (21:23) loading very slow. The problem should be fixed within ten minutes.

EDIT @ Tuesday 23 June @ 21:27: Problem has been solved.

We have succesfully moved all users from server 4 to a new server. The new server is eight times as powerful as the old server. Users on server 4 experienced no downtime at all.

We have planned a move for all customers of server 4 to our new servers. Server 4 is our least powerful server and the customers on server 4 experience downtime regularly. This is why we have planned to move all customers from server 4 to a new server, which will be the new server 4.

The new server is 8 times as powerful as the current server 4. This way we can guarantee our customers on server 4 a better speed and up time.

Our customers don’t have to do anything as we will take care of the entire move.

Some customers are using the IP addresses of server 4 in one way or another. The current IP adresses of server 4 are:

85.17.141.9 and 85.17.141.126

These IP addresses will be replaced with:

78.157.194.55 and 78.157.201.77

The customers who use our IP addresses for anything, like perhaps for their private nameservers for their reseller accounts will have to update the IP addresses. The move will start Sunday the 21th of June from 20:00 (8 PM) CET.

There should be no downtime at all.

Server 6 has just been overloaded by the same users that overloaded the server just a few weeks ago. The users have now been definitively suspended for violating our terms of service, this is the reason the server was slow for around 10 minutes.

We apologize for any inconvience caused.

We are currently experiencing some problems on server 4. We are working hard to fix these problems. (9:21)

EDIT @ Monday 15 June @ 9:35: Server is running smoothly. As server 4 is our least powerful server, we are going to move our users from server 4 to our new much more powerful servers.
