We are getting ready to upgrade server 5 to a brand new Dell Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3460 @ 2.80GHz with 4GB RAM. We will start moving all the users from the old server to new server on Saturday starting from 16:00. Below is some important information you have to keep in mind:

IP address 85.17.139.24 will be replaced with IP address 91.213.214.225

IP address 85.17.139.66 will be replaced with IP address 91.213.214.226

We will transfer all data, the only things our users on server 5 have to keep in mind:

• Resellers using private nameservers have to replace the IP addresses of the nameservers as found above.
• Users using our IP adresses in their DNS in any way will have to replace IP address as found above.
• Users using our nameservers (ns9.versio.nl and ns10.versio.nl) do not have to do anything.
• Once the move has been completed, our users should use http://91.213.214.225:2222/ to log in to DirectAdmin.
• Once the move has been completed, our users should use 91.213.214.225 as FTP host to access FTP.

Our website was inaccessible from 04:00 until 14:45. This was due to a failure on the server our website is hosted on. We will investigate how this failure has taken place. This failure has only affected our website and in no way influenced the websites of our clients. We apologize for any inconvenience.

EDIT @ Tuesday 26 January @ 16:55: Our website was once again unavailable today. We are working to find a solution.

EDIT @ Wednesday 27 January @ 12:20: We have transferred our website to a new server. We thank you for your patience.

We just experienced an overload on server 6. The server was unavailable for around 5 minutes, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this problem. We will of course work hard to prevent similar problems in the future.

Our main website ( http://versio.nl/ ) will move to a new server on Sunday the 10th of January in preparation for some major updates.

We will start the move from 19.00. This means that from 19.00 it isn’t possible to place new orders or to log in to the customer panel on our website. It’ll be possible to place new orders and to log in to the customer panel on the early morning of Monday the 11th of January.

Because of a power outage in the datacenter, server 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 have been offline for 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outage. We will of course work hard to prevent similar problems.

Information received from datacenter (in Dutch):

Gebleken is dat er om 08:14u een Midden-Spanningskabel van de NUON is beschadigd/gebroken. Doordat deze kabel vlakbij de kabels ligt die het stroomnetwerk van ondermeer ons pand voeden, is er een dip ontstaan van 1,8 seconden.

Het is nog onduidelijk waarom onze UPS-systemen deze dip niet goed hebben opgevangen. Onze leverancier is bezig met het onderzoeken van de situatie.

We have planned maintenance on all of our servers. This evening, starting from 22.00, we will be updating all software on all of our servers. It is possible your website is slow during the maintenance, but there should be no downtime at all.

Edit: The updates have succesfully been completed. We have also installed the IMAP extension for PHP on server 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
